When attending concerts, is having a good seat really important to you? (1 Viewer)

It's really important to me, considering how blind I am even with a huge jumbotron, I need all the help I can get. That being said I still haven't gone to my first kpop concert so

I usually have to be somewhat close at least with my eyesight

Yes. Although more than half of the kpop shows i have been to i have been standing. Still a low number standing spot is great.
2nd /3rd row back from the stage for IZ*ONE one night. right next to the back stage at red room day 1. Those made a difference compared to where i was standing other days. The US shows i have had great seats although i did over pay for the fan meet in chicago.
Also depends on venue if it a smaller place say <=3K most seat will be really good.

Weirdly i have little interest in huge venues. football stadiums suck for example the sound is awful.

Kpop is crazy though some times the close seats come with meet and greats ect. hard to get at any price.

I balance having good seats with how much i rlly want to be at tat concert.Early on at Tori Amos n R.E.M. huge concerts, i dint care abt good seats cos i just wanted to be there to watch n listen, so it dint matter wat seats tho at least they werent birds eye view tho it wasnt very near the front.
Later i tried to get the best seats available n was lucky to get quite good seats for l8r concerts for other western artists tat were in smaller venues , im not sure if i woulda enjoyed nosebleed seats but i think i would hv bought n gone anyway. So luckily it wasnt an issue. Lately. But i wasnt at kpop concerts say Gfriend n Blackpink or Taeyeon when they were here, if i had gone i think i wouldnt care how good the seats were unless they were thousand bucks or more. Local money ofc. Idk if there will be any in the near future here.
