When have two companies not agreed with each other on what to do with a group? (1 Viewer)

Currently PocketDol and the company that manages Close Your Eyes (Project7 final lineup) don’t see eye to eye on what to do with the Bae173 members that made it into the lineup. They wanted them to participate in only Close Your Eyes promotions but PocketDol wanted them to participate in a Bae173 album. It even went as far as a missing persons report to be filed. Has something like this ever happened before?​
