but anyway to answer your question - caught a cold a few weeks ago (wasn't covid thankfully)

If talking a cold, it's been more than 1.5 years. But I get aches and pains very often. On my period I get sick to death, I faint and get nauseas and roll in pain.

The day before my MX concert, actually. lol I have what's called a hiatal hernia (situated between my stomach and my esophagus), and it acted up that day and made me sick. But I bounce back rather quickly, though, and was still able to go to the concert.

ah if we're talking about mental health then i'm probably also terminally ill LMAOO my mental health can be pretty unstable at times istg even my heartbeats are more stable at this point

cramps are different than sick right... lol. If cramps = sick then every girl ~12 or older is sick every month. lol.. but last I felt sick was a few weeks ago. I'm used to vomiting a few times on certain days a few times per year.
