As far as the faces of the companies go

TVXQ - The Korean impact of TVXQ, Super Junior and EXO are on a pretty similar level but different times produce different results however TVXQ has managed to build a legacy that still is a big part of SMs revenue to this day which is their Japan impact so that's why I picked them.

Girls' Generation - They are easily one of the most successful girl groups of all time for KPop and at peak were likely bigger than any other girl group in KPop history as they are the only girl group to win the physical daesang from GDA while also being the only girl group to compete with the top boy group at the time so it'll take a lot to beat them at all let alone for SM specifically to top them.

YG
Big Bang - Another group that will be hard to top as boy groups don't usually do well digitally but here YG somehow managed to make a boy group a digital monster, there are only a very very few boy groups in history that could match Big Bang digitally so the chances of YG making another Big Bang is very very unlikely.

2NE1 - 2NE1 and Blackpink i'd say are pretty close however 2NE1 had the advantage of coming first so their impact was able to do more and while I think Blackpink definitely could match their impact, they just aren't getting the chance to do that due to YGs treatment of them so I went with 2NE1.

2PM - Overall i'd say they've had more impact than Got7 as Got7 really never got off the ground digitally even if their physicals are great while 2PM at least got off the ground digitally so they have something in that department at least.

Twice - Between their Korean impact and their Japan impact i'd say that Twice have carved out enough of a mark to be the face of JYP as while Wonder Girls definitely made a lot of impact seeing as they practically revived the market, i'd say that Twice just edge them out and that JYP will have a hard job topping them.

BoA, SNSD, Super Junior(im kinda cheating here cos I include 2 female acts n also I only knew abt SuJu teally just by osmosis, never learnt much abt them until ard 2018 when I really heavily got into kpop, as far as I remember)- SM Entertainment

(I'm only listing the first/earliest acts from the Big 3 that I knew of in the 2000s/2010s but I dint know/pay attention to their companies then, (I'm not sure I knew/paid attention to the companies until I read abt SNSD Jessica ~out of SNSD in 2014 or maybe later in 2017, when 3 members left SM but not SNSD).
