Aespa has definitely shifted away from the lore they had at debut with their ae-characters ​

not really lore but NCT127 had period where their songs would point out flaws in societies like Simon Says

PIXY's predebut told a whole story to tease their debut. They kept it up for their first cb but abandoned it afterwards.
Redsquare als had lore but never had a cb

Dreamcatcher since 'Maison'. I don't say that I didn't like their songs after their Nightmare era. But their Mystery/Occult-K-Pop-Rock mix was just incredible. I wonder why it's relatively rare that K-Pop girl groups visit the 'Twilight Zone'. Horror and paranormal topics are popular in Japanese culture, while Korea doesn't seem to care that much.
