Pab is considered velvet end by most i thought, but in either case Dumb Dumb.

The best way to judge is if international fans(female) rave about it its velvet side of the spectrum.
You pretty much have to pull teeth to get i fans to go all in on full red tracks excepting maybe dumb dumb.

Also it was a jewel case album all velvet albums were jewel case until finale (which they really had to stay with the ReVe theme.)
Strangely the Red is also a jewel case alone of the red albums and the worst selling except the velvet.
