Honestly, I have two answers for this.
For my theatre job, there was a guy who essentially got offended by everything.
And it was to the extent that nobody at work really felt comfortable around him because he would get upset
over everything. To make things worse he really thought everyone at work loved him.
Like he would talk about how we all loved him, thought he was the funniest ever.
Then to top it off on top of being super sensitive he would constantly mock people as though he could take it back when we all knew he couldn't.
So he essentially got a free pass to be a dick because you couldn't put him in his place without him screaming about it.
He was just hard to be around.
At my current job, I was a supervisor but I also worked Pet Care too.
Well anyway, this person would basically not do their job anytime they were on a shift.
This is the type of job where if one person isn't pulling their weight it fucks everyone over.
You'd have to stay on top of her like crazy as a supervisor. Talk to her constantly about her mess-ups.
ON top of this should would do dangerous things that could result in animals or staff getting injured.
She was the worst.
What about you guys?
