My 15 year old daughter has started making herself bentos (boxed lunch) for school and she asked me if I wanted her to make mine for my lunch break at work, as well, as she has the time to do it! (she was also annoyed that I'd just buy any old random crap to eat at lunch lol)


I feel so blessed that she wants to make my lunches and that I get to eat her amazing cooking whilst I am at work


Today she cooked up pumpkin katsu, prawn tempura, steamed vegetables and chestnut rice

Tats a nice lunch(ard 16 yrs ago when I had access to full kitchen/supermarket was across the street, I'd make weekend lunch/dinner for myself but not as elaborate-chicken with veg/pasta maybe(see above, i stopped tat after awhile-maybe no new recipes/too easy to buy food from food stalls just above the supermarket on weekdays instead of cooking after work. 🙃
