I know zero about his music, but every time I see him in the news, it’s never for anything good, or even decent. What happened at Astroworld was horrific and I hope he’s in multiple conversations with the relevant authorities.

He has had prior incidents where he had fans rush the stage and similar issues ensued. In 2017, for instance, it resulted in a fan becoming physically disabled and having to use a wheelchair... So he's definitely knew there could be physical consequences to his fans prior to this recent incident.

I mean he did go to jail a few years ago for telling fans to start a riot, disorderly conduct, and endangering a minor. He currently has a bunch of lawsuits against him due to the incident of Astroworld. Hopefully his ass will get thrown in jail

Yeah that's the one i'm talking about too. He made the fan jump off from the upper deck of the concert hall telling him that the fans below will catch him.

The ridiculous thing is that even with people who go to heavy metal concerts with a mosh pit have the agency to decide that they want to go into the mosh pit... The people injured and/or dead had no decision in the matter.

Right. Really wish the authorities shut it down back when they ran through security checkpoints. This was just.... ridiculous.

Here's the thing: someone will be held liable, but these kinds of incidents almost never result in more than a fine.
The reason? Take a look at the back of any ticket. I just looked at mine from a tour I went to a couple of months ago.
Somewhere in the fine print you will see some variation of the following:

"Holder assumes all risks occuring before, during or after event, including injury by any cause, and releases management, facility, league, participants, clubs, artists, and their representatives and personnel, Ticketmaster, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims."

By purchasing the ticket and attending any concert, at least here, you're agreeing you are liable for your own safety. Is it a little crazy? Yes. Is there a reason for it? Also yes. These venues would go out of business if they were liable for every injury. Without legal stipulations like that, it would be too expensive and risky to hold live concerts. That's why many venues & tours with general admission will try to discourage moshing, crowd surfing, etc. That's what's so dangerous about artists like Travis Scott who encourage people to go crazy to the point of causing injuries. Even the best crowd management plan can be absolutely useless when you've got human beings who don't give a damn about anyone around them because their idol said it's not a show unless someone gets hurt, and the legal fine print keeps the instigator from facing any real consequences.
