What words did it take you a while to figure out to say right... Idols' names don't count for we'd be here forever

I remember in undergrad reading an article for Social Psych and thinking Placebo was pronounced plah-sih-bow instead of pluh-cee-bow... Plus words like homogenous and pedagogy always stumped me. Although, outside of the realm of pompous grad school twats, most people don't say homogenous and pedagogy that often. lol

weird word but for the longest time i read lingerie as "lihn-ger-ree" in my head and one day in a voice chat with my friends i said it out loud. it was like 6 years ago and i still feel embarrassment thinking about it

It's either and neither, still don't really know how they are spoken correctly
If you google "either pronunciation" it says ai-thuh, which I've been saying it like but I've heard a lot of people dragging the "eeiither" long
