So far, it's only going to apply to fashion pursuits but this still seems pretty sketchy to me.
They waited until BP was 4 years old (trademark lasts 10 years) and they're trademarking their legal names when GD, CL and Lee Hi only had their stage names trademarked.

I've always hated when this happens, as others with that name (it's not an uncommon name) have to suffer if they pursue that career.

Lisa probably agreed to this, doesn't mean it's not sketchy though. It will be fine now as long as she's happy with the agency, but it's always safe to keep your legal name to yourself in case of any future dispute.

They probably can't, but if they decide to be petty, they'll certainly try. Even if Lisa wins, the whole process is a big hassle that nobody likes.
