I don't think I will have any strict rules for my child because it may only get out of hand since teenagers love acting edgy. I'd just make sure I am there the first time they try alcohol or cigarettes, the sooner the better. For example I had my first sip of alcohol around 7/8 with my mom and dad around and it sure doesnt taste nice for a child of that age so my curiosity died for a long time. Mobile phones have dangerous rays affecting the brain of a developing child under 20 possibly leading to brain tumors, so I will always remind them to use it less. The rest, I am neutral on.
