what are the charges exactly, do we know them, i mean is it public or we still dont know and speculate ?

Like:
c1: charged for filming hidden videos
c2: rape
c3: .....

if its only c1 without c2 ( rape ), he wont get 7 years

I don't think the state can charge him for rape. The victims would have to press charges for him to be filed with that, I think.
What the state can charge him with is the filming and sharing of sexual videos without consent.
