Thank you to all the feedback for the cards team! We had a variety of feedback, and we will go over some of the responses here and give our reply to some of them. If you want to continue giving feedback, the form will remain open, and you can access it at the link below.

Do you like the visuals of the cards?

As for asking the stans, the issue arises that they will have confidential card information, and they could potentially spread it. We could work more closely with the staff members who are fans of the group though if we have any for that specific group.

Fansite photos shouldn’t be used for cards, that was my mistake as I didn’t notice that it was a fansite photo. If that happens feel free to let us know so we can fix it. Events cards are a little harder as well because there are limited photos that can be used, but we will try our best in the future to make sure the cards are sharp and good qualityI do for most of them, but there are some extremely blurry/off-looking pictures used for some cards and I feel like they should be held to the same standard as Awards/Badges are, they just take you out of the otherwise really neat looking KPopSource website.
If for example someone creates cards for a group they don't know too well or can't find many pictures of I think they should be allowed to consult in the forums main stans of that group, just to ensure the cards are going to be high quality. Be that for common cards, legendary or especially event cards - for example, ATEEZ Wooyoung Valentine just looks like he drowns in cherry jello / A.C.E Chan Halloween card is a fansite photo where as there are much better pictures of the same outfit/makeup of him. > Which plays into the" same standard as Badges" part, where fansite photos aren't allowed as well.

We have a plan for the cards not having the latest promo photos coming up soon, and I relayed the message about softness to the cards team so we can fix it and make sure all the cards are nice and sharp.Yes, in general. I think some cards could be more sharp visually, not so "soft" and it would be nice to use the latest promo pictures.
Do you like the timing of new card releases?
We generally release new cards when we feel that enough cards from the previous batches have been released.I still don't know how it works
We appreciate the feedback, most people seem to like how the schedule is so we will likely stick with similar schedules in the future. We apologize that we can’t accommodate everyone in this caseSo far I always kinda wished it was one or two month more between them than usual.
Do you have any feedback about the Raffle?
We decided that since everyone has an equal chance of winning the raffle that we don’t want to limit how many entries each person gets, since they’re just as unlikely to win multiple times as everyone else.Maybe limit the amount of times a previous winner can enter in the following raffle, reset it back to 5 in the second raffle after the win.
Do you have any feedback about the Roulette?
We liked this idea, although we changed it to 3 users instead of 5. The roulette team will announce the change on Friday, and will add this to the OP of the thread.what about to choose 5 random participants and ask them to choose 1 card per user and push that 5 cards into the roulette too?
