I'm glad I've been able to make my faves known, even though I always feel annoyingly restricted on the amount of freedom I feel on talking about them; being them Japanese on a kpop forum. I've had to resort on tricks like talking with memes that sneak in a "stan PassCode" message or using spoilers.

everyone here knows you're a jpop stan, you even got as far as to convince cards team to add japanese groups and everyone loves your memes and admires your dedication to your faves~ i also get the impression you and yukiitan got some users into jpop as well so im curious where you're feeling this pushback from? have users/staff confronted you about posting jpop on a kpop forum or is it something that just bothers you personally? you're an iconic member of the forum and your passion for jpop definitely has a hand in that so its a shame you feel so restricted

This. I've been on many forums from the very friendly to the most toxic ones, and I've had bad experiences on some of them. Some forums are stricter than others on users who introduce offtopic subjects into threads; even those who gloat on saying they hold a "banhammer". All those experiences have changed the way I feel/behave on forums, and it had made me maybe too conscious on what I post. You may be amazed on how many possible posts I have just discarded because of second guessing myself.

Now that I think on this, yes, I had an experience, maybe a single one, with another user who said I was "cancelled" for posting an "offtopic" MV on one of their threads. Up to that point I used to post frequently on their threads, and maybe the comment was intended to be teasing or funny in some way; but that's a sensitive spot of mine. I completely stopped posting on their threads and I've been completely avoiding that specific user. The only thing I've not done is putting them on ignore.

aw no i get it, while that user might not have meant any harm it would probably affect my enthousiasm to spam about dokyeom too.. telling you to just post whatever you want is obviously easier said than done, but i hope you can at least find a little more trust in this forum and its users to feel more at ease. the fact you won most dedicated user of the year and are top nominee again this year despite possibly being the user who is least interested in kpop on this forum has to count for something, right? its not much but consider it a little thumbs up of approval from the majority here~

@Myco - I think you're quite nice and dedicated to your faves, though a bit more reserved than the other users which makes it harder to befriend you I really like that you know the nugus like Vanner, Dreamnote, and ofc A.C.E though they aren't as lesser-known as the others. I'd like to get to know you more one day

@Abeamus - I think we only know each other from card trades but you're actually really funny and I always enjoy it when you reply to my threads. From what I've seen, you're very blunt and not afraid to post your real thoughts instead of sugarcoating them, which I admire quite a bit

Yeah I am pretty reserved when it comes to new people, but I usually get closer to them with time - feel free to spam my profile with music you think I don't know yet or something, that'll get me talking

I would call myself the nugu king as I've invested many of my hours daily into promoting and discovering nugu groups/artist + getting into them - even to this day although it calmed a bit down as most of them are just sadly unsuccesful long term and disband early
