Possibly. I probably should have elaborated on it more. I was referring to because I don't stan those groups then it proves I'm not persuaded or influenced by any outside sources. Meaning a get the impression a lot of people like those groups the most because "hey everyone else likes them so I guess I will too."

In the US it is much easier to get albums, here in Canada not so much. I have to order online and shipping alone for one album can range $30-40

i do watch videos on you tube but mostly i watch lives/semi lives concerts music shows events ect. i have a free Spotify account that i very rarely listen to.

1. My favorite group hasn't released a song in six years and they are still my favorite group by 10 million miles. Most fans will be lucky to hold out two years before they give up and move on.

2. I buy physical albums of my faves instead of streaming. If you say you love your faves then put your money where your mouth is. Casuals put music videos on repeat on YouTube and then go do house work. Real fans don't.

4. I can name at least 75 kpop groups off the top of my head right now. Can you even list 15?

5. I stopped listening to kpop regularly in 2020. Before then I would check out every comeback (girl group) because I still had some interest left. Now after two years of nonsense I only listen to 3 comebacks a year tops. I acknowledge kpop has declined in quality and I refuse to continue to support something that refuses to bring it's A game every single time. I can't support an industry any more that puts more money in MVs, dance choreography, plastic surgery, and chances of going viral on tiki tok than music quality.

I stan disbanded groups, buy albums, can name more than 75 groups, and don't listen to kpop regularly and I'm only 17. In a few years perhaps I will surpass you

Okay lets see..... I listen to some groups that have disbanded years ago, so.. check. I have a sh*t ton of physical albums.. check. . . and I opened a word doc and started to list off the top of my head. Wasn't able to get to 75, but did get to 52. @Drew_B and you'll be happy to know that BTS didn't even come to mind until near the end of the list.. They just aren't on my radar that often.. sorry.

Streaming is the way now and not only in the kpop industry. It really sucks imo. It's way more fun to buy physical albums, that music will never be lost ever unlike streaming where everything can be removed with a simple click if licenses end.

Not for kpop or not even non kpop cds/cassettes in a few yrs now. I used to buy cds but tat was b4 i was into kpop tho. Now its Free Spotify, man. Or youtube nowadays.

You should at least one just to have. They are so cool. I went almost two years before I bought my first f(x) album but when I finally did it was like a spiritual experience when I was opening it. I felt closer to the group then ever before.
