I don’t think so, I think it depends on the state. My state has it physical copies only, which I need when I go on my trip I think.

well when I went to get my booster shot, I forget my card in a whole other state, but luckily the lady gave me a new one and said to transfer the info to the other one

The original one is the one with the official stamp, so I had to get all the info on there, and there's no signature or anything, so she just filled out the info for the booster on the card, while leaving dose 1 and 2 blank, and I just had to write the info with the serial numbers and types and all that in the card

My dad was with me and I kinda had to get a card bc I forgot my card at school and needed a booster to go to school
