Honestly the USPS is more like Iguana mail. Something sent in my city didn't arrive for 5 days after it was sent.... but somehow I get a Fedex shipment from china in less than 3 days... go figure. lol

I am BOTH GETTING OLD AND from Asia, where "the check is in the mail" or similar is only known here from 20th century fiction/culture, since at least the 50s/60s/70s n 80s onwards, important stuff gets sent by registered post OR during 40s up till 80s, or even up till 2020-sent by private bike/cycle or motorised messenger-with receipts from both ends: sender n receiver, plus confidentiality n privacy guarantees/expectations on the couriers (company) responsibilty/obligation. Like PREMIUM RUSH on motorcycles in an tropical Asian city, oh i think some big companies might hv paid staff bike messengers tho im not old enuf for tat era, im not tat old nor do i hv direct experience-more osmosis from sources i cant rmbr, maybe an uncle who worked for civil government department, think Yes Minister/Yes Prime Minister but in a tropical Asian city. Rlly no one expects the mail to be tat timely once bicycles/motorcycles were ard, hence why "Lost in the mail" ISN'T part of our commonality, hence why i dint pick up on ur joke(also im old n last time i read the phrase "lost in the mail" musta been when i was much younger, im way beyond the 27 club-but pls dont ask me to say it in public, rand might know, or u can ping me on discord n ill tell u).

U could create a thread in chill zone where other users can chime in(ill just bookmark, n "watch the thread" so tat new posts give me a alert, unless i overlook too many in a row-then they stop auto-alerting me). Or create a "blog-type" thread (for/by urself) n tag me on all ur 90s tv shows-gilmore girls, etc. Im not sure which other shows we've watched in common<since ur posts r scattered thru-out KS, n i dknt always comment in reply {sometimes i just see 'em too late/take too long to formulate a response n put it on "read"). Or create new threads to boost ur coolness factor LOL(i mean it could theoeretically pull in younger users to read about charmed OG tv show, rite?) But u do u, as the kids used to say (i think?). Id rather discuss in the open than in dm unless tats ur preference(maybe a discord dm, if u hv discord? Thos i think rand isnt too active on discord plus his mobile traffic/bandwidth is not too conducive for discord i think). I rambled on too long so im unsure of TLDR, id appreciate an ongoing avenue to discuss topics 3/4 old(-er) fogeys like u, me n rand(maybe drewb too whe drops by) can discuss stuff.
