I've read through the comments (I forgot to follow this thread so needed to catch up) and see their may be a bit of confusion and possible solutions to how to go about the Raffle... Especially in the future when a participant has (or multiple participants have) 1 or more of the cards currently in the Raffle.
The Raffle Process:
> 3 Cards: Woodz 3, GFriend SinB, and 2PM Wooyoung
> Users enter up to 5 times (via points) and are chosen automatically/randomly by a generator built into the Raffle system. Cards are not assigned via this system, so Cards Team assigns the cards as such;
Winner #1 - gets card #1 (Woodz 3)
Winner #2 - gets card #2 (GF SinB)
Winner #3 - gets card #3 (2PM Wooyoung)
Most weeks this should be fine, based on the small odds of a user/winner getting a Legendary they already have.
However, Abeamus the Card Merchant has thrown the Legendary Raffle into an earlier than expected issue of potentially getting a card he already has: 2PM Wooyoung Legendary is already tucked in Abe's card locker...

---
Legendary Assignment, based on a Winner having at least 1 of the Legendary cards in the Raffle.
> Hypothetically, this week's outcome:
Winner #1 - gets card #1 (Woodz 3)
Winner #2 - gets card #2 (GF SinB)
Abe/Winner #3 - gets card #3 (2PM Wooyoung)
This can't happen of course.

> So simply this re-assignment will be made:
Abe/Winner #1 - gets card #1 (Woodz 3)
Winner #2 - gets card #2 (GF SinB)
Winner #3 - gets card #3 (2PM Wooyoung)
As long as it's possible, the re-assignment will go through the list in numerical order.
> What if a participant has multiple Legendary cards?
Well, the maximum can only be 2 Legendary cards as having all 3 will means you really should not enter the Roulette that week. Cards are pre-made before hand and new ones won't be made to accommodate new ones as Cards Team will have to re-roll the Legendary generator whilst ensuring all participants don't have 3 Legendary cards within that particular Raffle... Not possible and too time consuming.
So, as long as cards can be re-assigned using the numerical order above, it's all good...
---
However, there is a major problem with the automated Raffle system which until now, has become very clear:
> What if 2 Winners have multiple Raffle cards and they are both the same?
i.e; Abe has 2PM Wooyoung and Woodz 3 / LoveYooShaSha also has 2PM Wooyoung and Woodz 3...
First of, we should all curse the Raffle Gods for allowing this to happen.

Both Abe and uwu will want to enter the Raffle for SinB... but only 1 of them can get it whilst not being able to receive one of the other cards...
Winner #1 - gets card #1 (Woodz 3)
Abe/uwu=Winner #2 - Who gets card #2 (GF SinB)??
Winner #3 - gets card #3 (2PM Wooyoung)
Possible Solutions!
NOTE: Cards Team haven't yet fully discussed a solution to what problems the automated Raffle system has and could impose upon us due to the Raffle God's ridiculous behaviour. We will surely come up with something. For now though;
After flipping a coin (I guess) to see who gets SinB:
(although a coin won't work if more than 2 people are going after a single legendary and can't have the other 2 legendary cards because the Raffle Gods really hate us all. Solution: We'll put names in a damn hat and pull one out).

For real though:
> Cards Team will just have to re-roll another Legendary and make a 4th card.
as there is no alternative to this bleak future tbh. Cards Team will have to perhaps pre-make at least 6 Legendary Cards and use one of them to substitute a card that a Winner cannot receive (if the outcome above happens).
Note: The possible use of a 4th card and what that will be will not be known when you enter the Raffle, so enter at your own Risk I guess. The reason: the 4th card can be used in the next Raffle instead if it's not needed for the current Raffle as a back up.
> Be done with the automated Generator... It's a nice easy feature, but it's limited.
The alternative: A manual generator, similar to the one Roulette Team uses for Cards of Choice. When the Raffle begins, each participant says how many times they want to enter: Maximum 5 times. Their name will be put in the manual generator as many times as they requested. Once the Raffle is ready to be drawn, the generator is randomly generated and the top 3 get win. Easier enough. But, how will this help sort out a situation to the one above?
Hypothetically, the manual generator did this (channelling the automated Raffle Gods for the giggles):
#1 - Abe
#2 - uwu
#3 - Winner 3
#4 - Participant 1
uwu, being placed 2nd, would have to be replaced by the next nearest participant who can receive the last raffle card remaining. Such is the way of things.
Though this is a solution (I'm calling it the "Unlucky Yeet: blame the Raffle Gods" scenario), I don't like it. And not to mention the extra work a mod will have to do to remove all the appropriate amount of points from each participant manually. Bless them and all the clicking they'll have to go through.

I much prefer the solution above and participants will just have to understand that a 4th unknown Legendary could be handed to them.
Thanks for coming to me TED talk!
