i get so much second hand stress from my family its literally killing me. theres only so much i know and can do to change the state of it. and they taunt me for not being involved, when they're the ones who dont even bother asking me when we're literally gonna move houses. its been a constant cycle, ive been moving houses since i was a baby. ive grown attachment to this one and i really would never wanna leave it. but i guess my father's ego carries more importance than my feelings. its such a toxic yet repeated cycle, of my choices and feelings being constantly pressed down and sort of being killed in a way.

Actually, the more I look at this website, it looks like there are worksheets for quite a few things. Seems like these worksheets are what therapists use anyway with their clients. And I've been able to download them freely.

But they sometimes make me feel like I can't talk to them about that stuff.

And after what happened today, where they were making fun of something that just left a bad taste in my mouth, I just couldn't tell them about this kinda traumatic thing that once happened to me. (even though I have told them before, but it almost seems like they forgot about it)
