I'm going to throw it way back and say All Star by Smash Mouth. lol For the longest time, and it came out when I was in MIDDLE SCHOOL over two decades ago, I've been mishearing the second line of the song ("I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed") as "I hate to shop for school in the shed". I just now looked up the lyrics. lol I can't believe nobody ever told me. Another one from the same song is "So what's wrong with takin' the back street", which I misheard as "So what's wrong with Nick in the Backstreets". Nobody corrected me on that, either.

As for a more current song, I used to mishear "My AP going psycho / Li'l mama bad like Michael" from Psycho by Post Malone as "I may be going psycho / My mama feels like Michael". When I told my friend who loves Post Malone (and hip-hop/R&B in general), she found my mistake absolutely hilarious (I did, too, so we laughed together) and told me the real lyrics.

also, from My Own Worst Enemy by Lit (not you @litc the one-hit wonder rock band lol), I misheard "Smoke alarm is going off and there's a cigarette still burning" and "...kick the living shit out of me" as "Pokemon is going off and there's a signal red, jump on it" and "...can't go live at the academy". Nobody ever corrected me - guess they didn't have anything nice to say. lol
