Here are some of my top k-songs that have queer representation bcs we're all gay in this household
starting off with the queen herself Seori, Lovers in the night is probably one of my most listened to tracks ever, its amazing fr
she has two mvs that have queer couples in them, one of them is a collab song featuring eaJ
next is a song truly ahead of its time by the icons themselves, the best portrayal of being gay and doing crime
then there is the plot twist of the plot twists, the storyline no one was prepared for but we all stan
this is such a good song and we finally have trans representation I REPEAT WE HAVE TRANS REPRESENTATION
stan suran yall
okay but like this is probably one of the coolest mvs in kpop, it manages to pack so much detail into one 3min video
BONUSES
fun fact A fan once asked Vernon about the meaning of this song at a fm, that was about the lack of "female presence" in the song, even though it has many romantic lines. Vernon answered her in a note, he wrote "thank you for realizing it" ("it" being the fact that the romance in the song doesn't necessarily apply to just hetero couples).
similarly soyeon explained in an interview about their song oh my god "I didn’t want to limit that ‘she’ to a certain being or a certain definition. So it’s open to anything. I believe that all kinds of love are valuable and must be respected. That’s why I don’t want to limit ‘she’ to something specific."
if anyone has any other suggestions feel free to drop them too
