I don't think SM confirmed anything. And having him on hiatus for such a long time even he did nothing wrong would be really weird. I don't know if he did everything he's being accused of, but for sure he isn't truly innocent.

I’m not saying he was definitely guilty of everything but something yes, and the topic of the accusations are enough to make me wary of him. And if you say that SM made him apologize to a false accusation then that doesn’t make sense. If they were false SM would either do nothing or say they’re suing. Look at Yuta, Xiaojun, Chanyeol. Now look at things proved true, ie Taeyong. An apology was given, one of the few times SM gave an apology. Why would they suddenly change?

So after some digging this is what I got. Lucas was accused of infidelity and gaslighting from his girlfriend into giving him money and some information about possible sex with fans. I might take the gaslighting more seriously if there were specifics. This is because the term gaslighting is severely overused and often occurs for any behavior the person doesn't like. I'd be interested in how he gaslit her into giving him money. The more serious error in judgment on his part would be the alleged sexual activity with fans.

I wasnt aware the bullying scandal was false, I was under the impression that it was true to an extent. He met with and apologized in person to the victim, and SM officially said that. The false part was after they said his apology was insincere, that’s when SM said that part was false. Who said it was not true that had official standing of any kind?
Genuine question, was it Chanyeol who apologized or SM? I thought SM said “we know nothing about this and basically don’t care” which is bad but not an apology of any kind.

Bad is subjective and I don't think anyone is innately evil unless they are a murderer or a rapist. If an idol is found to be a cheater, a gambler, a drug addict or things like this it would be negligible to me. People might wonder why and have asked me why I don't dislike Siwon because he said something homophobic. I don't believe in not supporting an artist because they said something terrible. And besides i'm not under the delusion that all or most idols hold beliefs that aren't contrary to mine. I can appreciate art from an artist with a problematic past.

Homophobia is a no go for me. One of the many reasons I could never stan SJ.

Well without considering their music isn't really my type.
I'm not someone who would cancel the whole group because of the wrong actions of one member. So I guess I would just try to avoid him.
But the other scandals they had would make it really really hard for me.
