how do you refer to them? i always call them by their names, and they call me by my name too but i know in some cultures that's kind of awkward and people use titles like "big sister" or "little brother" instead so im curious!

I always call them by the most usual way they were called in childhood; some by their names, some by their nicknames.

Their given name. Nick name if they have one. Its very rare for me to get along with my siblings. I have four. Two I don't really know. One that has never showed any interest in a brother-brother relationship and one older sister who I am the closest with.
