Only cards with rares are eligible for legendaries. Of those cards, it is randomly generated. A card with a legendary already released can be picked, as can a card with a rare and no legendary, and receive a new one.

We're only doing korean cards with rares rn but plan to release international legendaries in the future

I love Leo and Hyuk but I'd trade one of them for N if I had to tbh since he's my bias and my vixx legendary completion percentage would stay the same

Funnily I got them both from @Kamistar as she won both hyuk and traded for leo for my shinee key legendary so we both got smth we wanted

Users with accounts over a month old can only request booster packs if they have less than 20 cards, so you can’t, but yes it would need points for older users

And not something yall would have to maintain either cuz you have enough to do :)
i know there is prob no way to collapse groups with the mark.

We actually have some new ideas/features we will implement soon which will help with that, you'll just have to wait and see ;)
