idk how to describe it, but there's some moments where like smallish noises, like shuffling around, coughing, or the buzzing of electronics will annoy me sometimes. I usually try to block it out with headphones + music tho.

yes, especially as I got older. Loud voices in particular when I'm trying to do something. My anxiety peaks and I feel nervous.

ironically, my escape is listening to loud music that I can control.

Very sensitive, I watch movies and listen to music on way lower volume than other people too, and every little sound does bother me and I’m aware of it, I’m very sensitive to stimulus in general, adhd things

Depends on pitch for me as opposed to loudness. If its super high pitched and shreiky then I will have a negative reaction that I put in check if I'm in public. Similar to the nails on a chalkboard feeling.

That happens to me a lot actually. It will be like a noise that I can only slightly hear like plastic crinkling or someone sort of singing under their breath and it’ll make me feel really overwhelmed. It’s almost like small noises are somehow louder to my brain somehow, it’s difficult to explain.
