I mean... contract is contract and they broke it.
TS is shiet company but it's generally known that an idol can't sign for another company before their contract is terminated in the other company.

They are likely fine.
My guess is they were under contract, but were in court to get it killed.
so they were in a semi free agent period so that they could continue to earn a living.
This seems like more of a time and money wasting deal by TS.
The courts already cleaned their clocks in each case.

IIRC the courts already declared those contracts null due to non-payment and other factors. TS threatened to countersue then, I assume this is it, but I really doubt it will hold up.

How were they able to sign with a different agency in Korea if they still had a contract with TS?
