It's literally a piece of cake lmao 😭 and it will make your life so much easier, no longer having to rely on other translations when you can do it yourself. When I first learned it was so easy, it took me maybe twenty minutes to learn and about an hour to become good at it kek
But I was looking at a tweet just now about the handwritten notes a group gave each other and a fan under the tweet was asking for translations, it made me make this thread because it's surprising how little kpop fans are actually connected to the language they consume consistently
It's really easy, just do it yourself, so many resources are there and it takes under half an hour, it will make your life a hundred times easier. I learned prob a year ago and relearned maybe two months ago, if my neurodivergent ass can do it so can yours ​

lol i have spent many hours Watched a ton of videos bought books practiced writing the letters, and and still not close, at best i can get names sometimes. Everyone claims its easy but the handful of letters quickly morphs into a large number that feels just as jacked up as english.

I've tried learning korean and if i kept going it would be convenient for all things but consistency is the one thing i cant do so learning a new language that's not at school is probably going to fail
