That's also true. Altho hungarians have fairly spicy stuff. In our soups and meat. But nothing insane, at least i havent tasted anything traditional and too hot to handle.

Sriracha imo is pretty nice, and yeah there’s some spice but it’s not the spiciest by any means. It probably varies by brand I’m assuming. I do find it pretty versatile, it can be added to a decent number of dishes and go well with it imo
