Stool samples is for more complex issues where they don’t know what’s wrong do a bunch of blood tests and all and still can’t find the issue

Tbh idk the order so I can’t confirm nor deny the stool sample part. I just remember that I had multiple done I would imagine needing one would be more routine with stomach/poop related issues though rather than it necessarily being something hard to figure out with other means.

I think it’s used for both (if they can’t figure out) and stomach issues

I didn’t need one when I was throwing up nearly everyday tho iirc

it's for valid medical reasons so I have no reason to feel gross by it
besides I've got kids so I've vomitted and pee'ed on and pooed on so urine samples really don't bother me lol

I was at one point years ago supposed to supply a doctor with a stool sample but the "kit" was stolen off my front porch. I only wish it had been stole after I had put the sample in. That would have provided years of entertainment imagining the thief opening such an shitty package.
