Well it’s different usually for girls and boys as to when they start/finish growing, I think it’s younger for girls But at that age anything’s possible, the average is just an average and others can be outside the range.
Also I realized I can’t count, Zelo was 15 at debut, not 16.

I was still growing at 17/18 but that’s way after average I’m a late bloomer
