Not fair to compare like that. The digital market has seen exponential growth since 2017 so Sunrise surpassing FT and LW's numbers is a given. With Gaon 200, we might even see it reach 1M downloads.

And sunrise is still top 60 monthly, may not chart out of the 100 until June.
Juan crunched the numbers and 2017 was 1.3 -1.4x if i remember correctly.
so FT at say 580K is 812 at 1.4 750 @1.3

JK. I 50% relate to this. I know everyone wants them to keep their signature sound. But, and it's really me saying this, I wouldn't mind a Fingertip 180 tbh.

I still want them to keep their signature sound actually but I wouldn't mind if the title track is different. IZ*ONE's Suki to Iwasetai is definitely something I could see GFriend doing. I love that song so much.

In all fairness, Suki To Iwasetai is more of 46G type song than a 48G type song ^^

It does not hurt that every paring except 1-2 had a lead or better vocal.

I've been wanting a title track that sounds like Hear the wind sing. After listening to Flower, i realized that songs like that are just good as b-sides.

I really have no idea what are they going to pull next to stay relevant. But for now, i would like to see songs like Vacation and It's you as title tracks.

I still love sunrise. Best comeback for me. I'll never forget the days i waited for every teasers and photoshoots

I'd personally kill for another Fingertip. There was a good balance between cuteness and girl crush and it really fit them, although all of their concepts have been great so far. I've loved every single release after that, but none have quite reached the memorableness (is that a word) that Fingertip had.
