Before you come at me, for saying "paving the way" no I won't take it back, each generation contributes and paves the way, you shouldn't bring it up to the point of detracting from the current gens achievers but that's no reason to bury it and pretend like the previous gens never happened. BTS is paving the way in America, and honestly globally. black pink is really trend-setting for female artistgs internationally at the moment. That doesn't mean super junior didnt bring kpop to latin america (looking at you, Peru). That doesn't mean DBSK didnt bring kpop to japan (dont even mention boa because we all know that is not even close to the same thing ((though she's a legend in her own right))) doesn't mean Seotaiji didnt bring the hip hop sound from the west, or that H.O.T didnt take the japaenes group concept to Korea
