BigHit basically admitted they screwed up not checking, which would have avoided the whole situation. Also really took them long enough to fix their mistake or even acknowledge it. I'm happy for Tiffany and her fans for getting to keep the name that is special to them and for TXT fans to get their own identity that they can finally share and be proud of.

I think they probably should have done more research before releasing an "official fandom name" like that.

While I understand there are many different fandoms out there that not everyone may know, if you are going to be doing something of this finality and this level you really need to look up as many groups and artists that you can to ensure it's not the same as any of them. It's not only the intelligent thing to do, it's the respectful thing to do.

It sucks they took so much time to respond, but I'm glad it seems they understand what happened and are working to change that.

I don't generally think it's a dumb fandom name, it works for Tiffany's fans, but for me it doesn't really fit TXT at all.

This makes me really happy. I’m glad they decided to do the right thing for Tiffany and TXT. I can’t wait for their fandom name.

Let's just hope they don't go with something absolutely ridiculous. After all the drama, TXT fans deserve something that suits the group & fans.
