Pretty much any of teh big agencies are harsher than the worst survival show you have watched.

Its why i have Zero tolerance for major agency survival shows.
The kids are under massive pressure every day and they try to clean it up for the tv. Get ppl attracted to the lost puppy dog ect.
kids breaking down crying and getting booted is just Tuesday.
I'm very confident that its rather the opposite, I'm not sure what makes you believe all the things you mention do not happen the same or worse on shows like pd and all the other non agency shows.

The people in charge of those shows have no reason to care for the trainees at all, if they leave the show, they are out of their minds.

The agencies at least (should) have an interest to support and foster their own talents..

... and you're forgetting hui and nayeon lmao

and, as rand said in the message i quoted below, not even accepting them in the first place... he said sejeong, but yuju j-hope and iu also come to mind

i mean, since pentagon has been mentioned, i think i'd like to add that cube is the #1 star of recruiting trainees from other agencies. within pentagon:
hui and yuto - jyp
jinho - sm (yeah most ex-sm do tend to keep quiet about it, but his case is pretty well-known cause he was a member of sm the ballad, with the stage name jino)
hongseok - yg (was a contestant of mix&match, the show that made ikon)

and that's not even counting other groups

though tbh there is one (1) case i personally know of a cube trainee ultimately debuting with another company - bona of wjsn who was in fact one of the last wjsn members to have joined starship. which is why in their debut-era content you'll see her hanging out with btob and clc more often which any of her starship labelmates
Oh yeah, forgot about them again :llama_blush:

Yuju and J-Hope were at JYP too?? :passcodea:

Don't forget HYBE, they also like recruiting other talents :runaway:

interactions with idols.
Somi and Seulgi
X exo members.
Artists who have said that they had to go far beyond.
young Kids ( think 12-16) traveling alone very late at night to get home sleep for a few hours up and off to school then back at the agency by like 3 -4pm. to leave maybe at midnight. Rinse repeat.

the predebut schedule is even worse sometimes days no sleep in a bed.

thats kpop in general though, but what does that have to do with the survial shows held by an agency?
