I live alone and do not ask for help
but I do see a GP and Psychologist and a Psychiatrist monthly
My schizophrenia makes reality and fantasy blend which sucks

i see! i dont know how much advice i can give you myself, since i'm not really educated on what would be best for you. if you haven't, you should speak to your psychologist and psychiatrists about this and ask them what to do specifically.

I do a 'staying grounded. technique where I touch an object to bring myself back
and they ask about the voices/imagery
and it is always getting worse or nothing at all
I had my first episode when I was 8 yrs old to my recollection

Nah its alright. Someone to talk to makes it less intrusive.
