News Red Velvet chosen as Tourism Ambassadors (1 Viewer)

Red Velvet have once again been selected to represent Korea having been appointed 'Swiss Friends' by the Swiss Tourism Agency in Korea. The girls will also be making a trip to Switzerland at a later date to help promote the country and relations between both countries to the Korean public. So look forward to more adventures from the girls because we all know just how amazing they are to watch when they are on their travels! ~~Lowkey hoping that Level Up S4 will be in Switzerland. Imagine the girls getting drunk on beer whilst eating toblerone.~~

We already know that that won't ever happen though. Because even though there's demand for Red Velvet SM will block all potential avenues as they want to prevent RV's growth as much as possible.

Its probably a combination of promoters and SM not believing they would sell, similar to what the feeling was in the us and canada.
Also i am not sure on the break even of smaller venues for a kpop act to travel.
Personally i would much rather go to a 3-5 k venues than anything larger.
The Japan domes seem dumb for almost all seats, stay home buy the dvd you will see the girls better.

I guess i look at it differently since it cost 3k + to go to a concert.

its rumored that rv and bts are going to russia for a concert celebrating relations between sk and russia.
they went to north korea last year and now theyre tourist ambassadors for switzerland. irene is a damiani queen in italy.
red velvet are truly nation's representatives.

ugh sm is making the same dumb mistake they did with fx. they were the "unique" group of the 2nd gen and europe's demand for them was huge yet sm rarely made them perform there. fx could also have been a big hit as a full group in china with victoria and all but what did sm do??? do they not realize the success of their groups?? i mean if rv didnt perform in the states, all these groups wouldnt even be touring rn.

Red Velvet's biggest mistake in life was not being born with penises..... That's all I am going to say on why SM aren't treating them with the respect that they deserve.
