the best "vocal groups"? (1 Viewer)

[mirella]

It's pretty clear which vocalists are standout, but which group, as a whole, is the strongest vocally?

Spoiler: read for explanation

I think to be considered a vocal group, there must be minimal weak links and a high 'average.' The vocalists should also have good musicality, harmonization, and synergy with each other.

Super Junior has top-tier vocalists BUT they also have a lot of members --> average goes down. (SJ KRY doesn't count, as they are a subunit. Otherwise they top everyone.)

Likewise, f(x) has an amazing singer Luna and Krystal is decent, but the other members are weaker.

Therefore, I think BTOB, SHINee, and maybe EXO are the strongest male vocal groups. Vromance and Voisper are great too, from what I've seen.

For girl groups: Mamamoo, Spica, and maybe BEG.

Mamamoo, Spica, SHINee, EXO

Why EXO?

I'd say SNSD is pretty well rounded vocally. All of them are at the very least good singers, with some being even better than good, and all of them have improved a lot over the years.

Mamamoo

I will just name my top 3 from boy groups, and from all the groups I have heard so far the top 3 are-
Suju K.R.Y, Btob, and Shinee in my opinion.

I definitely agree with all three, but since Suju KRY is a subunit, I can't count them >.>

Can't you make an exception?

Days6 from what I heard.

Days6 from what I heard.

They all have power vocals. There is literally one one member that doesn't sing out of 5. And when there were 6 members, 5/6 could sing.

The power.
