Either JYPE were thinking of lessening fans' struggle to learn TWICE members' names or smthg else(hvg to do with SONEs/fans early days efforts to learn the triplets' names/recognise each: Yuri, Yoona n Seohyun in early videos/photos) s'all good now ig. No such tactics to teach/learn tripleS members or SAY MY NAME members names.

Me too I think my teenage niece could(in 2017/2018) name or recognize all 20 plus members of NCT then, when she visited South Korea with my younger bro's family on holiday n went n bought some Nct merchandise, I think(I may or may not have started stanning SNSD by then, so eithe i wasnt into kpop at all [then] or just not into kpop bgs) I hv enuf struggles recognizing 12/13 members-always 2 or 3 members elude me, names/order is ok for me mostly thnx to card game, maybe. But faces/differentiation/recognition is my struggle-cant tell apart Jo Yuri/minju/nako or Mei qi/xuan yi. Or the names of all IOI/pristin even. 9 seems to be my limit, even a group I don't stan like twice. I hv casual liking of SAY MY NAME, but hvnt committed to memory all members names/birth order(waiting for their cards to be released!)
