Google tells me you should look for "white kimchi" though I've never seen that kind in my local stores.

I've been eating kimchi just one serving at mealtime (which is 1 oz), and hoping I'll eventually get used to the heat.

Like @centen mentioned, there is “white kimchi” which is not spicy. This brand, Jongga makes it. Without the chili flakes, it’s indeed “white”, I am not sure about the taste because I never tried it.
