In before some of you want to mix things up, this is IN NO WAY a thread to bash Somi. Although, if you want to shade YG you're more than welcome to do so.
I just wanted to share this information, which by the looks of it seems true. At this point, I don't have anything left to say about the mistreatment that CL has been going through, they're not even trying to hide it anymore.

We don't know exactly wth is going on with her. I'm afraid she signed for a longer extention (2NE1 members were offered a contract extention which Minzy refused) and there's no other way to get out of this but to wait until the expiration date.

The song is registered as Teddy's? In the article (I'm still looking the original) Diplo is the one talking about CL songs, I guess they collaborated on it.

School Boy Records is only her management and endorsement company in the US. Everything related to producing, publising and owning music is YGE.

I'm even more confused than you. At the beginning it was said to be a Teddy's composition but according to the post, Diplo also worked on the song.

Welp. It's just sad CL is not getting the debut and songs she deserves. I hope that one day CL receives back all that she's lost thanks to poor management.

Yeah I'm really confused on the length of CL and Dara's second contracts. Usually the second contract is only three years, mainly because the artist is more established and its in their favor to have a shorten contract. CL resigned I'm guessing in March of 2015 and in went into affect in April or May of that year, so her contract should have expired in 2018. Even if it was extended shouldn't it be 2019? Why resign a 5+ year second contract? And why hasn't CL left since late 2017 or 2018..can she not leave or something? Even with Dara her contract should end this year (in fact last month), why are their second contracts longer then the average three years!?
