About a month ago I asked how does one get into a fansign.
I was pondering a trip to Korea and many groups i have some interest and some I Stan in were having comebacks.
This is what i learned and how i Made it to 2 different groups signings, but missed out on several others from lack of correct info and timing.
Ofc you most likely must be in Korea(they may do out of country ones) for the buy period and the sign day.
The fan signs are usually a lottery type deal. Each Cd purchased from the correct store during the designated buy period is a chance.
1. Join the fan cafes of any group you want to see.
something like this i found mine on the groups twitter page.
This can be done at any time (just remember your logins.) Most will only let you post in Korean, but you can google trans and join.
Find the schedule in that fan page.
They will post upcoming events the pages i went to were color coded.
Find the upcoming fan-signs click each day to make sure there is not one being hid by tv or radio ect schedules.
2. they will usually have a time for the sign and a location (btw do not fully count on that info ) idols are busy and things can be in flux.
the 2 i went to both were changed one for time the other for location.
3. here it gets hard i had a bunch of help from my hotel staff. Sometimes the schedule link will take ya to a page with the store location and info.
Other times they searched in Korean for news. However ya do it Find out when and where you must buy the cd's. Its all over the map as to time I had signs on the coming sat that closed the Sunday before and others that closed Friday. Usually it was 3 days to buy. Also Identify HOW many winners and the method for choosing them (mine were both 100 winners random draw). You must personally buy the cd's on site (id required)
I got crazy lucky and both groups had overlapping windows at the same store. 1 tue-thur the other wed-fri. Be advised that a good chunk of kfans have this down and go to many of the same groups fansigns during the same CB period.
I went Wed and spent time Tuesday going over hanto numbers for the groups for the past weeks identifying buy windows ect.

look at the daily numbers the fansign days will jump out.
Some of he kfans i talked with mentioned some large numbers as sure thing targets.(remember its a lotto there is no sure thing but ya can shade the odds in your favor)
I went with 1% of the 3 day sales per active buy period locations. That is a ok shot. They were talking about 10% to lock it down, which seems excessive.
For Cherry bullet i calculated ~300 per store so I bought 3. I talked to one fan who made it in with 4.
For lovelyz i bought 7 that was probably low but day 1 they did 300 so i cut it fine. (the guys i talked after to said i should have done 20) You are going to have to pick a number you can live with not making into the event. 20 would have been worth it but thats 300.00. Oh and all were the group version whch may be standard. Also the shops that do the fansigns the cd's cost more(~4-5000W) than say myeongdong underground stores.
4. Both times the store posted to their web site at 10pm local the day before the list of 100 winners. (by now the hotel staff was pretty invested in seeing if i made it in :) ) Check that for your name.... woot ! congrats or Sorry.
5. check everything again the next day, see above about changes. I went to the wrong side of town for the second one and got there 1.5 hours late after getting to the right place.
6. show up with id and your receipt and stub they give ya.
If you can connect with other fans to help thru like discord ect go for it. I don't have a phone so i did not :)
I was stupid lucky and ended up in the first row of fans both nights.
Ill add pics and videos in a bit. They let ya take photos at photo time after everyone has gone thru.
Cherry bullet sign was more lax on that as folks started filming while people were still in line.
*****be warned i was watching the members not the camera for both groups.
I would have recorded more lovelyz but like a goob i screwed up charging the camera.

Also i was trying to zoom and cut off the rest of genie and all of Heart attack.. sorry. this should have been ~27 min. with part 4 we will have most of it. Lol i also did the genie fanchant so i had to stop my self.
