According to the Google, it samples from some Moldovan song that was popular in 2003. I'm not old enough to remember the original lol.

I listened to both of them, and I see where "Mama I'm free, mama I'm alright" is sung on the same cadence as the original chorus's beat (which is, again, in Moldovan, a language I just learned exists), but idk, it doesn't have "meme song" vibes to me. Ymmv, obviously.
