With all the sporting events happening this week, I knew today was the 14th, but totally didn’t correlate it to Day6 coming back the day after.
I won't argue with that. They started out strong but I think with the release streak they went on they declined rapidly IMHO. For a new group to try a release marathon like that was a risky move that could have turned out worse. Then they completely vanished for a bit no peeps.
Haha, yeah, I didn't even realize they were coming back tomorrow until I checked the date. I'm sure they won't disappoint though.
Oh, yeah, you mean the monthly comebacks? I see how that could happen, especially because they were rookies. They're last two comebacks were recieved pretty well though, especially Shoot Me. But the thing about the monthly releases was that Day6 didn't go on variety or promote their songs, so fans didn't really get tired of them, because it was just like an album released bit by bit. If you ever decide to get into them, tell me~

I agree that the marathon was a risky move and that they were probably drained by the end of it. But they have had 2 or 3 comebacks since then that have been a lot better though and with you can see that they have had time time to think about their songs. I would take a listen to Youth: Shoot Me and You: Remember Us which contain some amazing songs.
