My take is tat you can't choose who your idol/family/best friend/sibling marry/fall in love with. Even if you think they're not right you shd support them. Tat said maybe TK isn't a total scum after all, just an example of the Peter principle: where he risen to a level he can't do well at; at business he's good but Coridel/idol management n such he's not experienced n in over his head (to be kind n charitable to him n Jessica), still think he's awful for how he let it come this far w/the lawsuit but at least he's not Jho Low level of slimy businessman(I hope/so far as we know rn.)
So unless/until Jess breaks up w/him or kicks him to the curb/he revealed to be actual scum, I'll give him some benefit of doubt n think of him as a rich who loves Jessica n just got in over his head abt Coridel/Sica music n artiste management; (think Krystal approves of him smh so he can't be all bad right-think Krystal would be close enuf to both of them after all these years to show her dislike of him during filming of JK2 reality tv show, right?) So I'll take a cue from Krystal n support them.

I defently agree with that. most idols/celebs are more aware on what fans/public thinks and writes about them and comment about them.

well according to jessica she reads "all the comments" on her instagram. somehow i doubt that bc she'd have noticed how beyond impatient we are for music but yea she definitely gets a sense of what her fans are feeling.

Reading n knowing doesn't magically make a song/album appear from nowhere*, I keep thinking tat if she knew wat she knows now; would she still choose to create Blanc n Eclare when she did? (At least she knows who her true fans/friends r.)
Like she would hv to choose eventually between music (SNSD) n fashion (B&E) even if 0930 dint happen?(not to say tat her departure in tat way was right.) I'm rethinking stuff abt Jessica n TK a lot now.

i think she would have made that choice after 10th anniversary. it was pretty clear to me that snsd's goal at the time was to make it to that milestone in their career. jessica was excited for it too. i don't think she ever wanted to leave and i think b&e would've just been a side project if she was in snsd those 3 years. but after 10th anniversary i think she would have started putting most of her attention on b&e while the other members did solo and acting work, like they're doing now. she even said in some interview in 2016 that she "suddenly had a lot of free time" to do more lool.

she also said she never planned on going solo so i think that's true too. she's only doing it bc she knows fans are fans for her music, not for her clothing. i think she definitely gets that reality and wants to keep her artistry alive. i think maybe this lawsuit might have kept her from doing a bunch of things in that industry and i really hope she writes a disstrack for all the ppl that wronged her.

she definitely kept working on music these past 2 years. hopefully she has enough songs for a full album

Did you see the video I linked in this thread? This video made me certain I knew nothing n could never be sure of the truth. Unless all parties come clean. Now I just take it as done n hope tat Jessica is gonna give us solo music as long as she still wants/needs to (I love her the way I think love should be-expect nothing in return n accept her as she is, if tat makes sense here; since I dint become her fan when I first could hv, I think I can't expect her to be the idol I would prefer[not true, I would be same as I am for western artistes that I've stanned longer, just tat Jessica is more complicated]

i think i read your blog post already! but maybe there's a new post. i'll check it out :) i think jessica & krystal was filmed in june-july 2014 and taetiseo was filmed in august-sept 2014. yea they wouldn't say anything about jessica. taetiseo had promotions and variety shows during october too but they avoided the subject. but i do remember in one of the taetiseo episodes taeyeon pointed at jessica's name at a gift shop. but it was before 9/30.



sunny did her radio show every day at the time and the day after 9/30 she accidentally called her new producer "jung sooyeon" instead of "jang sooyeon" and she laughed and said "that's my friend's name"

I don't think Jessica was going to go on hiatus at all. I think it was just a lie SM put out there. I think all of SNSD planned to go on an unofficial hiatus after their 5th album promo. And that's exactly what they did. It's really unfair that SM pushed that narrative and fans buy it but don't realize all of the girls did the same. It doesn't make sense to me either why Jessica wouldn't want to be included in their 10th anniversary album either considering she's talked about getting there before. That's why she signed a 3 year contract with SM and why she left SM when they took her out of SNSD.

I saw that video. I don't totally buy it. It relies on a dispatch article that came out immediately after Jessica's weibo post but deleted like a few hours later. It's possibly true but I don't think SNSD's parents were involved like that and I don't think Jessica's business interfered with SNSD's endorsements. SNSD only endorsed Casio as a group and that wasn't anywhere near B&E's products. And on top of that SNSD members all had different endorsements for similar products and it was never a problem before. It certainly wasn't a problem when Yoona was on like everything in korea. I also don't think they'd ask for a cut of B&E's profits, especially since it was a new company that wouldn't make profits for years and they'd never want to put their own kid in the position of having to give up a cut of their future business endeavors.

i think she'll keep putting out songs as long as she can, but she keeps hinting at marriage so that's probably coming soon...that's why im so impatient for music bc i know she'll want to get out of the limelight when she gets married and the sooner her album comes out the more likely she'll release another one lool.

all of snsd and jessica's moments are online anyway. so it doesn't matter that you started stanning late. you can relive all of it :D

the reason why i'd think their parents would be more agreeable to the idea of jessica keeping her business profits to herself is because they'd want the same for their kid down the line. why set that precedent right? then if sooyoung wants to start a business she's going to have to split as well, etc. from what i remember yoona never split her earnings with them. so then wouldn't that make yoona's parents less likely to want that for her? also they're all multi millionaires going to live a comfortable life no matter what. i really doubt this had to do with money or even favoritism. all i can think it could be is something that would affect snsd's brand or snsd's schedule. but both of those seem unlikely with the information we have. and if they were likely sm would've just told the truth instead of saying jessica was going to go on hiatus and then thru their "insiders" that jessica was leaving after tokyo dome. makes no sense.

also it's possible sm hasn't blacklisted b&e bc they get some sort of monetary gain from it.
