Also it's more that when they see others talking about shiz like that, they themselves start to think about it and they feel uncomfortable thinking about it. Firstly, this is what sells. The idols have to do this in order to get clout. Secondly, it isn't always their choice. In the case that it is, it's usually for fanservice.
