Park Kyung (Block B) called out various artist by name on twitter. Called out artist are Vibe, Lim Jae Hyun, Jeon Sang Keun, Song Ha Ye & Jeon Sang Keun. Tweet got later deleted and his agency posted apology stating that the tweet wasn't meant to defame anyone and rather point out current situation in the charts.

Regardless of the deletion of the tweet, agencies of all the accused artists stated that sajaegi accusations weren't true and are now suing Park Kyung for defamation of their artist and company.

Defamation laws are quite strict in Korea so unless Park Kyung can prove that these artist did sajaegi, I think he's quite screwed. While talking about such issues isn't bad, it maybe wasn't smartest to call anyone out by their name.

Yea i have seen people speculating about Vibe doing sajaegi before, and sajaegi has been big topic of discussion in Korea recently. So he definitely has support from public. That doesn't shield him legally though. And apparently his own company isn't happiest about that, his fanmeeting got postponed due to this.

Exactly, as you said its a lot easier to accuse than outright prove. He’s a smart guy, he knew what he was doing. I feel bad for Seven Seasons, the tweet definitely seemed personal, so they’ve had to act quickly.

How can it be truth if there's no proof? It's just mere speculation, I think it was really stupid of him to call out artists without any proof to back it up, because in end of the day it damages their reputation further and if they were to stay quiet then that'd be admitting to doing sajaegi. And these artists from unknown companies are easy target, how do we know that artists from well-known companies don't do sajaegi as well? Pretty much. If they don't sue, they have already admitted to doing sajaegi and if they sue, they're suing because they've done sajaegi and they feel guilty but that makes no sense. If someone were to slander me without proof then I wouldn't be quiet about it either, I feel like majority of Twitter is immature, especially since a lot of them have never worked in toxic environments where people can spread false things behind your back. Instead of excusing his behaviour, he should reflect and stan Twitter won't be paying for his court case, there's no point in running mouth if they can't do anything to help him, he needs to learn from his own mistakes, regardless of whether he was drunk or not, he's responsible for his own words. That's why a lot of idols don't have an account on Twitter or other sites to prevent them from writing their thoughts that can easily backfire. >:

I'm not sure why he named those names in particular. From what I know, it's pretty common knowledge among the industry that such sajaegi practices are prevalent, especially coz soloists or smaller groups don't have those big fandoms to make up for low album sales or streaming, so they do what they can to get noticed.
I guess he just felt those were easy targets lol.
