It ruins most aspects of my life, because you have to talk to people to get anywhere in this life and I refuse to do it sometimes due to it.

I get embarrassed easily to add to that as well. Which makes my shyness more dominant.

Certain people piss me off. It would be nice not to go from 0 to 100 when an argument occurs. And it would be nice if I could learn volume control during arguments as well. I am also prone towards obsession, which explains why I become obsessed with specific things easily and then become bored within a short period of time and then move on to another obsession. Sticking to plans would be good as well.

Maybe a tactic that removes the identification of yourself might help. Honestly thats the only way I know how to explain what I mean. For instance, if you are going to a large event--like Comicon--you could wear a costume and feel more comfortable because you're behind the exterior of a costume and not yourself..
