Now I need to rant because this is ridiculous.

I've been ordering from YesAsia since 2017, and late last year they changed their warehouse location or whatever, that's when the first problem arrived.
I've ordered quite a bit from them and the albums always arrived in good conditions and without me having to pay extra on our "Zoll".
Now the first order of late last year went through the Zoll, so I had to pay extra (some % of the price I originally paid), which has never happened before.

The latest albums I ordered were a few from Twice for my little sister, that was 5 month ago. The 12th of December. As a Christmas present.
YesAsia has a free shipping option which I always found pretty good when ordering multiple albums.

5 month of waiting, wondering where they could be, cuz the tracking code & site didn't help much for it.
Now earlier today I suddenly get an e-mail saying the order was undeliverable?! It's been 5 month. And now they are expecting me to give them shipping fee of $25 so they can send it out again which in my eyes is totally ridiculous? This is the first notice I've gotten about the order in those 5 month of questioning if they've been lost.

All orders were placed under the same and only address i've ever put on the website, so please tell me how it couldn't be delivered when it's literally the exact same address.

There hasn't been one issues since 2017, now once they've changed their warehouse location it all comes crashing down.

I would've recommended YesAsia to most people who would buy more than 3-4 albums, but now a days? Keep the f**k away from it.

Did you try contacting them and leaving a complaint? I'm sure that 5 months of waiting would count for something, maybe they can pay the fee as an apology or just refund your original order. This is pretty ridiculous.

Yeah I tried contacting them, especially today again with the "undeliverable notice" I've gotten, hopefully they'll pay for the fees cuz another $25 is ridiculous cuz I paid a price above a certain limit (above $30 is their limit iirc) to get free shipping in the first place

I think Zoll depends on what they write on your package about the product details (how much items and how much it costs) and where it get's delivered (which airport ig?). I had it once too, but oh well it happens.

Yeah I know, it never happened before that it had to go through the Zoll cuz it always went through the rone airport i can't remember which city lmao, again only when they changed their warehouse it happened.

YEAH I had a VERY bad experiance back in 2017 that was a COMPLETE shit show. Yeah no more Japanese releases fr me because after that I wouldn't trust them with a ten foot pole.

The whole issue was on yes asias end. THEY were not processing the payment. Even my bank said there was no attempts from them and they denied no payments.

Yeah my case started off with accidently charging me twice. Then creating circles of WTF back in forth for a pre-order that I ended up getting well after release.

And Book off here in LA has lots of twice CDs used for cheap as fudge ad good as new. I'd gladly send them out to people. When I see this type of places people are ofrced to use I just get pissed off to no end. People who have no choice but to order online are seriously abused.

Wonder if ChoiceMusic could reach Reo. They are both locally and online shpping

I haven't had problems with YesAsia, but it has been years since I made last purchase there. I guess it used to be solid. Not only online shop that used to be reliable and affortable place, but suddenly went to hell. Idk why these established businesses feel the need to turn into shady shops.

5 months wait is not acceptable. They should at least refund you.

I've heard it can be a shitshow in terms of customer service.
I pre-ordered an album from there and it took nearly a month for it to get to me.
Kpoptown literally charges the full album price in shipping but at least I can get within a week without getting expedited shipping

i cheat for kpop town and order more.
for example adding 2 color iz albums to my apink and sejeong order cost me 4 dollars more in shipping.

before that it was 36 and 36.

Damn 5 months?! I've bought from them since 2017 as well and I've never had any problem. My last order was back in November last year and I received my albums in perfect condition as usual. This really sucks I hope you get your money back smh.
