Mydoll is the best company in kpop.
Simple as that. They are the only one who I can trust to have the idols best interests in heart.

• Their CEO is a former idol herself and created the company to support idols, not to make money.
• They picked idols to debut without considering age or visuals.
• When the leader Aini left the group due to health reasons, Mydoll has continued to support her as a model and she will have a spot as a Mydoll girl (Mydoll trainee) for as long as she wants.
• Yubeen has anxiety issues so her schedules are based on her health. She has a youtube channel where she can freely update fans on her health and her comings and goings.
• Heesun, who left Pink fantasy due to health issues is still a member of Mydoll girls.
• Harin really wanted to be an idol, but her parents were against it. The CEO personally went to talk with her parents to assure them their daughter would be well taken care of.
• Yechan wanted to focus on her vocals so she has her own youtube channel. Mydoll also helped her hold a solo concert for her birthday with special merch and everything
• Pink Fantasy's Sub-unit MDD was the idea of members and not the company. Mydoll did their best to support the sub-unit and let them debut.
• The members all have free access to social media etc and are allowed to communicate with fans freely.

These are the reasons why Mydoll is the best company out there.
It's for the idols, not for the money.

The best company doesn't exist, sorry to burst your bubble.
Every company has problems or shitty stuff going on. Just because it's not known yet, doesn't mean that there's nothing scummy going on behind the scenes.
And they're a company, of course it's all about money.
Their philosophy is great indeed but that doesn't mean that they don't value money or don't have their flaws like every company has.
Praise their philosophy, yes, but not the company.
